Our programmes and courses are used by leaders across Australia to build capability, trust, develop leadership skills and ultimately improve business outcomes. We work with the education sector as well as government organisations to build the confidence and skills to lead more effectively.

The Enactive Solution was founded by Jason Pascoe. Jason is an experienced consultant, leadership coach and facilitator who is committed to providing a platform that empowers leaders and their teams to drive organisational success. He began his career in human performance, education and mental health before becoming Director of Consultancy Services at Growth Coaching International.

Now, with two decades of experience in coaching facilitation and consultancy, Jason is a senior practitioner with the European Coaching and Mentoring Council, Global. He has coached and trained individuals and teams across private and public organisations, building their leadership capacity. Over 30,000 people have benefited from Jason’s expertise across Australia and internationally.

Jason is a Growth Coaching International accredited coach, a Solutions-Focused in Organisations member, an EMCC member and the only person endorsed to run Dr Mark McKergow’s Host Leadership training in Australia and New Zealand. He is engaged by clients to work with their senior executives and teams on a range of issues, including communication, leadership training, change and conflict resolution. He has developed workshops and leadership training for companies all over Australia and the world and is a graduate of the University of East London, Southern Cross University, the University of Newcastle and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
