PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

What if:

  • You could have conversations that create meaningful change faster.
  • You could promote conversations that generate collaboration, reflection, innovation and success
  • You could recognise where a conversation was happening and how to move it to a more productive place

This programme is an introduction to Solution Building – a practical experience that explores ‘leading by talking’ and ‘listening’ to create change.

The fundamental element of an organisation is not a person – it’s a relationship. How we interact with our colleagues helps us build, grow and sustain relationships. This practical course gives you the framework to create and navigate the four conversational spaces we find ourselves hosting daily.

It helps you identify:

  • Where you want to start a conversation and where to move it, productively
  • Where a conversation is at by the time it gets to you
  • The strategies on where to move a conversation to build resourcefulness and autonomy

After three decades of research and practice, the Solution Building Approach has been successful in resolving complex problems in social systems, organisational collaboration and change, project management, therapy, community development, agile software design, health and safety, and many other areas.

"It was really useful in clarifying ideas through interaction with colleagues. Having others listen to your thinking and provide feedback."
