Fundamentals of our approach;
- Change is happening all the time: Our job is to notice, point out, talk about and interact with useful change.
- Multiple perspectives fit the facts: there is no one "right" way of looking at things.
- A solution does NOT require a detailed understanding of the "problem".
- No problem, challenge or issue happens to the same intensity 100% of the time: There are always exceptions. The most direct route to what you want is describing what's wanted (instead of the problem) in detail from multiple relational perspectives.
- Noticing whats working, even just a little bit is an important catalyst to change.
- Small changes in the right direction can be amplified to great effect.
